Mandarin Zest Teaching Bootcamp — Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a place in a Mandarin Zest teaching bootcamp, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Bootcamp Enrollment
Your place in the bootcamp is confirmed once payment has been successfully received. Your enrollment applies to the specific cohort and bootcamp stated at the time of purchase.
Places may be limited, and your purchase reserves a place specifically for you in that cohort.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your enrollment, refunds are available according to the following schedule, based on the start date of your purchased cohort:
30 or more days before the bootcamp starts: You are eligible for a 100% refund.
Between 10 and 29 days before the bootcamp starts: You are eligible for a 50% refund.
Less than 10 days before the bootcamp starts: No refund will be provided.
After the bootcamp has started: No refund will be provided, including for participants who decide not to continue during the bootcamp.
Refund eligibility is determined by the date we receive your cancellation request.
3. Missed Live Classes
We understand that unexpected circumstances may occasionally prevent you from attending a live class.
If you miss a live class:
Any relevant class materials and homework will still be provided to you.
Make-up classes are not provided.
Class recordings are not provided.
Participants are therefore responsible for reviewing the provided materials and completing the assigned homework independently if they miss a live session.
4. Attendance & Participation
Participants are encouraged to attend all live sessions and actively participate in the bootcamp to get the full benefit of the program.
Missing a class does not entitle a participant to a refund, make-up class, or recording.
5. Changes to the Bootcamp
Mandarin Zest reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the bootcamp schedule, instructors, content, or format when necessary. We will communicate any significant changes to participants as soon as reasonably possible.
If Mandarin Zest needs to cancel a cohort entirely, participants will be notified and offered an appropriate resolution, which may include a transfer to another cohort or a refund.
6. Acceptance of These Terms
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the cancellation and attendance policies above.
Mandarin Zest reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms applicable to your purchase are those in effect at the time you enroll.
