Become a Session Leader! 

Session Leaders are community members who host and facilitate study sessions for fellow Chinese learners. Your role is not to teach a formal class or prepare extensive lesson plans. Instead, you'll guide discussions, encourage participation, and help create a friendly and motivating learning environment.

You can choose topics that interest you, such as:

• Speaking practice
• Vocabulary review
• Reading sessions
• Character writing practice
• Grammar discussions
• Chinese culture topics
• Study accountability sessions

The goal is simple: bring learners together and help everyone stay motivated on their Chinese-learning journey.

As a Mandarin Zest Club Session Leader, you'll enjoy:

You decide the topic, the format, and how you'd like to run your session. We provide the platform and community—you bring the enthusiasm and willingness to engage with fellow learners.

We're looking for people who:

• Have at least an HSK 3 level (or equivalent)
• Enjoy interacting with and helping others
• Are reliable and committed
• Want to gain experience in teaching, education, or community management
• Are passionate about learning Chinese

You do not need to be a native speaker, professional teacher, or Chinese language expert.
