1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of digital products offered by Mandarin Zest, brand belonging to Polylocal OÜ

(the "Company"), registered in Estonia.

By purchasing any product from Mandarin Zest, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with the purchase.

2. Products

Mandarin Zest sells digital products (e.g., PDFs, guides, educational materials).

No physical goods are shipped.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in [insert currency] and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Access to the purchased product is granted only after full payment has been successfully completed.

Mandarin Zest reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price charged will be the one in effect at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery of Products

The product will remain accessible for as long as the user maintains an active account with Mandarin Zest.

It is the user’s responsibility to ensure they can access their account and download the content if desired.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once the purchase has been completed.

6. License and Use of Content

All products are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Sharing, distributing, or reproducing the content

  • Reselling or sublicensing the product

  • Uploading the content to public or private platforms

  • Modifying the content for redistribution

Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and products sold by Mandarin Zest are protected by intellectual property laws.

Mandarin Zest retains full ownership of all rights, titles, and interests in the products.

8. User Account

To access products, users may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

Mandarin Zest reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mandarin Zest shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, income, or opportunity arising from the use or inability to use the products

All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Technical Issues

Mandarin Zest does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its platform.

In case of technical issues preventing access to purchased products, reasonable efforts will be made to restore access as soon as possible.

11. Privacy

User data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Mandarin Zest’s Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Estonia.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.

13. Modifications

Mandarin Zest reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

The version in force at the time of purchase shall apply to that transaction.
